AAG GUIDELINES FOR ENTERING PAINTINGS AND PHOTOGRAPHS IN SHOW
1...Entries must be properly framed.  Unframed canvas is acceptable if staples are hidden and the
     sides are painted.
2...Hanging wire attached on back with screw eyes, placed no further down than 1/3 from top.  Clip frames             and other hangers are unacceptable.
3...All works on paper (watercolor, pastel, drawing, ) must be matted (exception: pastel) and framed
      under glass.  Glass should be clean and not cracked.
4...All works must be original.  Paintings of published photographs and copies of other artists' work are not
     permitted.
5...A work that has won an award in a previous AAG show may not be entered again for judging.
6...Please fill out 2 slips of 3"x5" paper or index cards with the following info:  Your name, address, phone number ,and e-mail...Title of work, medium, and price (you may indicate NFS).  Attach one to an upper corner on the back of the work.  Submit the other to the member collecting works for the show.
7...Except for original prints (silkscreen, intaglio, linoleum cut, woodcut, lithograph, etc),
    no digital or photographic reproductions (e.g. Giclee, c-prints) are permitted.
8...In consideration of our members who work in sculpture and assemblage, wall-hung pieces and reliefs
     are acceptable, if under 20 pounds, and wired as above for hanging with clear instructions.
9...Finally, any work that does not meet these specifications or is determined to be of unsuitable for the
       , may be rejected for display.
